Aluminium beams formwork system , for slab and beams

The Pro-Alu Flex System provides efficient, precise concrete construction with rapid assembly. Its lightweight aluminium design ensures stability and safety while handling significant loads. Adjustable components accommodate various slab thicknesses and beam sizes, enhancing productivity and reducing labor costs for all project types. This system is also available in a table formwork option, providing additional versatility and ease of use.

Structural Strength Shear 15.0kN and B.M 6kNm

Slabs and beams of higher depth and can be designed as per the load criteria.

Light weight than H20 and Wooden batten.

Easy assembly and de shuttering.

Higher spacing of primaries beams allowing public movement and working space at site.

WALL FORMWORK

Aluminium/H20 Prefabricated table formwork system , for slab and beams

Table formwork technology utilizes prefabricated panels made of plywood, H20 beams, or aluminium beam , Shoring props and Table Head . .Its designed according to slab thickness and loading criteria, ensuring efficient and durable construction solutions. This table then can be shifted using trolley and C-Hooks to next level of casting

Table formwork is used for typical layouts

Tables can be designed up to 3.0mx5.0m for slab thickness up to 250mm .

Highly recommended for flat slabs with column drops

Tables can be made with H20/ Aluminium beams as secondary members.

Slabs and beams of higher depth and can be designed as per the load criteria.

Easy assembly and de shuttering.

Greater productivity than conventional slab erections
